INTRODUCTION

Based on the data fromNational Bureau of Statistics of P.R.C, the YoY added value of above scalemining industry was 2.7% growth; the fixed asset investment of domestics miningindustry was RMB1.3 trillion with 8.8% decreased; thereinto RMB136 billion investmentin ferrous metal mining industry, which was 17.8% YoY drop in 2015. The overallmarket demand of ferrous metal industry was in a depressed state and the marketprice was stayed in a relative low level in 2015.

The output of raw steelwas 803 million tonnes with 2.33% YoY drop in 2015; it is the first time of rawsteel output volume drop since 1981. The output volume of steel was 1.1 billiontonnes; the price index has dropped 32.16% compare to preceding year. Steelprice drop continuously was the major cause of the hardship of ferrousindustrial companies.

There are 8 listedcompanies in animal husbandry industry inChina; the aggregate revenue that 8listed companies have made was over RMB17 billion, and the total marketcapitalization has reached over RMB77 billion. Pangang Group Vanadium Titanium& Resources Company is the one with the largest market capitalization, andit has made the most revenue among 8 listed companies as well.
